Hello mate,thanks for the comment. It was pretty easy to do really, I removed the whole fan unit then removed the fan from the housing while out of the car. Both bits were rubbed down by hand and primed with acid etch primer and top coated with enamel based spray in a can.I still have one of the hoses to swap, but the others were done because the heater flexi was split and the blower duct was cracked.It is high temperature hose and after two years its still fine.
