Cat bypass pipe, New rear sports silencer, new crossover pipe. Deleted air box replaced with K&N dry oil-less cone filter.
Also main engine heater delete with modification of heater relay so foot well blowers and windscreen heat still works.
New turbo tie rods as well.
I haven't had her on the dyno yet but I'm pretty sure I've captured some lost horses!
Plenty of things needed replacing, new hood and engine cover shocks. New brake master cylinder. Replaced all 4 calipers, new cross drilled and vented discs and EBC pads all round.
New main oil pipes. New throttle linkage.
Things I still have left to do: Full bare metal respray while sorting out several rust spots. Full new interior. New shocks all round and replace/upgrade most of the suspension.
It's not painted, during the rebuild I took various bits to my friend Curtis' company in Borough Green (CSP Powdercoating).
He cleaned the parts, then prepped and powdercoated them.
The rebuild took a while as we kept finding bits that needed to be replaced/repaired. Eventually I got it all back together and you're seeing the final result. If anyone wants this done to theirs let me know I can get a discount price!
