I must admit, the fuchs do look good chromed.  I polished mine by hand, and I have to wax them once a week or so to keep them shiney and protected from brake dust.

Hi, Thanks for the comment. The Fuchs were chromed nearly 20 years ago at "Ernies Alloys" near Miami Florida. They did a great job with the plating. I still have the factory original anodized set in storage. I had a polished set before that's lots of work to keep them looking good, so I sold them and got the chrome set. I wash them about once every 2 years as they get dusty, this 911 never drives in the rain, I am trying to keep it looking good as new.

Hi, I NEVER polish them. I purchased the chromed Fuchs about 20 years ago from Ernies Alloys in Miami Florida (He still sells them I believe). They still look brand new. Just wax them about every other year that's all.

Your targa looks great John.  Five stars from me.  I do like the polished Fuchs.  I have a similar look on my 911.
