were still awesome as ever so I still had some fun
I hadn't realised this wasnt an original. Certainly looks the part. What car is it based on - 3.2 carrera perhaps? How close is your build to an orignal 935? You've certainly done a fantastic job.
Pete the other yellow car is a real 935. This car is an early 911 I designed. The engine actually started life as a factory 1994 3.6 single turbo. It has an upside down short bellhousing transaxle.
I knew the brakes where very very good on this car. We had a bit of a push but really our braking was just that much better. I was surprised a little bit but not shocked. However.. this car is not a 935 though it did have a 935 body in this race. I will post photos under GTR of the car with both bodies.
Usually run 1 bar or around 14 lbs but we had to dial all of the boost out of it otherwise she would not run at all. If I show you the Road America video months earlier this same car drives around GT3 RSR's like they are standing still. However this was a lot of fun with the Kelly Moss car.
