The Wall
The Wall feature on Channel P101tv enables you to keep up to date with what's been happening around the website. It's a timeline of activity from other P101tv members and will show what's been uploaded, what's being discussed and what's liked or disliked.
Channel P101tv is getting larger by the minute with new members joining and sharing their Porsche videos and pictures and enjoying social chat. The Wall is here to help you keep up to date with the latest activity and saves Channel P101tv users from searching through the thousands of website pages and discussion threads to find what they are looking for.
What does the Wall Show?
The wall is updated the instant something happens on the website. The following activities will be shown on the wall:
Video uploads
Picture uploads
New groups
New blogs
Comments on any media i.e., pictures, videos etc
Likes and Dislikes
Friends activity
New Group members
And more.....
How do I Use the Wall?
You can navigate to the Wall from any page on the Channel p101tv website. You'll find a 'Wall' button in the main menu at the top of every page. You'll also see 'Wall' and 'Timeline' links in the footer of every page. If browsing the 'Folio' area of P101tv, you'll also find links to the Wall in both the left and right columns of the folio pages.
Using the Wall is simple. It automatically updates the moment something new happens on Channel P101tv.
You can select which Wall Timeline you'd like to view from the menu to the left.
The Wall has two main feeds. A 'Public Timeline' and a 'Personal Customised timeline'.
The Public Timeline will show the latest activity right across the entire website, including video uploads, picture uploads, discussions, groups and blogs.
If you're a member of channel P101tv, then the Wall becomes more personal to each member. If your logged in to your account the Main Feed will sow the latest activity from friends and groups only.
So, Remember
When logged in:
The 'Menu Tabs' show content from your friends. 'Main Feed' will show a mixture of all of your friends content. The others show the same but filtered by type. The public timeline shows all public content.
When logged out:
'Menu Tabs' show public content. 'Main Feed' will show a mixture of all public content. The others show the same but filtered by type.
