The Porsche 911 3.2 Carrera was the first road going Porsche boasting a digital engine management system, sometimes referred to as a DME or ECU. This paved the way for a new breed of performance modification that became known as mapping, or re-mapping to be correct. One of our members 'Ras', AKA ItsAnInvestment has just completed a performance Chip install on his own 3.2 Carrera and has kindly written a "How to Guide" which you can find in our Porsche Folio. There is no doubt, the Porsche 911 engine is a technological master piece. They pack a lot of power considering their compact and light weight design. They are technical engines to say the least. The prospect of rebuilding a turbo version from the 930 series might therefore seem a daunting task. We've included a picture of this amazing 997 GT3R in this months newsletter simply because we think it looks stunning. The picture was taken by our very own lpellecc while at West Palm Beach, Florida. The car is a street legal RSR created from a 2011 GT3RS.

Art you can drive, or at least want to drive! When we saw this upload by P101tv member QSM911 we just had to share it with you all. For a Porsche enthusiast it doesnt get any better - a beautiful Porsche 996 GT3 that you can hang on the wall, or if your lucky enough take it for a drive.

In last month's issue our featured video was the Magnus Walker Promotional video, entitled 'An obsession with the Porsche 911'. It's a great little video of Magnus' obsession with the early 911's and features some great footage of his collection. Well, we have since stumbled accross his website and thought we should let you know so you can take a peek. It's definitely worth a visit for any Porsche enthusiast.
